Hi! I’m Christy.
I used to be a systems analyst, managing databases and designing reports to help companies plan, budget, and spend smarter. But life had other plans, and now I’m a personal trainer and online coach.
I bring that same analytical mindset to fitness, backed by over two decades of training experience. I believe in planning, consistency, and making informed adjustments based on real data. My approach is straightforward, logical, and built around what actually works.
Fitness and nutrition have been my deepest interests for over 25 years. I love figuring out how things work, organizing information, and solving problems. That makes creating training plans, writing instructions, analyzing form, and fine-tuning programs incredibly fun for me.
I work closely with my clients, giving them the time and attention they deserve. Seeing their confidence, health, and strength improve is what I love most about coaching.
I’m not big on social media—it’s just not my thing. But I love working one-on-one and providing personalized, direct support. My focus is on real progress, not flashy trends.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me tinkering with my app or website, writing instructions, working on a spreadsheet, playing video games, lifting in my garage, or hanging out with my husband and our two cats, Zora and Navi.

I’m very literal and straightforward, and I appreciate the same from others. If you need something, just say it plainly—I promise I won’t be offended. In fact, I prefer clear feedback because it gives me the best data to make adjustments. My goal is to build you the best plan possible, not to follow a rigid structure that doesn’t work for you.
I also get really deep into my interests. Fitness, especially training and nutrition for muscle growth and fat loss, has been a 25+ year obsession for me. I’ve spent thousands of hours learning, testing, and refining what actually works. I’m not a flashy social media coach, but I love problem-solving and helping people get real results.
And don’t worry—there’s no “my way or the highway” here. Your training is yours, and I’m here to make sure it’s effective, sustainable, and tailored to you. As long as I know what’s working (or not), I’m happy!
