How does billing work?
For online personal training, you'll receive an initial invoice, then be automatically charged each month on the same date using the same payment method. One-time programs are invoiced once. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
I don’t offer refunds for any products or services. This helps prevent misuse of a return policy. However, I’m happy to offer a consultation call beforehand to make sure we’re a good fit.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal you’ll get access to when you sign up. I can also cancel it for you—no pressure, no hassle. Just let me know, and I’ll take care of it.
What is the minimum time commitment?
There’s no required commitment, but results take time and consistency. I recommend giving it at least two months before deciding if it’s working for you.
How long does it take to get results?
It depends on many factors, some within your control (like your effort, diet, and consistency) and others that are harder to manage, like work, family, and stress. And then there are things you can’t control, like genetics.
That said, most people notice changes within a couple of months. But fitness isn’t a quick fix—it’s a long-term process. Transformations take years, so we focus on steady progress, one workout at a time.
